MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTANCE AGREEMENT (Document No. 1)
1. Purpose
This document defines the basic conditions for becoming a member of the Tenetura / Asunatura Association (hereinafter: “the Association”).
By accepting this document, the applicant agrees to comply with the Association’s Statutes and internal regulations.
2. Nature of the Association
The Association is a non-profit organization with social, cultural, and community-oriented purposes, including:
- Social and cultural integration
- Educational and recreational activities
- Environmental awareness and sustainability
- Community support and cooperation
3. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to:
- Individuals with legal capacity
- Minors with legal authorization
- Persons willing to support the objectives of the Association
4. Rights of Members
Members have the right to:
- Participate in General Assemblies
- Vote and be represented
- Access information about the Association
- Participate in activities
5. Obligations of Members
Members agree to:
- Respect the Statutes and decisions of the Association
- Contribute to the objectives of the Association
- Pay membership fees if applicable
- Maintain respectful and lawful conduct
6. Code of Conduct
Members must:
- Act in accordance with the values of respect, inclusion, and cooperation
- Avoid actions harmful to the Association or its members
- Follow environmental and social responsibility principles
7. Membership Acceptance
Membership becomes effective upon:
- Submission of application
- Approval by the Association
- Acceptance of this document
8. Termination of Membership
Membership may end:
- Voluntarily
- By decision of the Association
- Due to violation of rules
9. Data & Digital System Consent (Tenetura Platform)
The member agrees that:
- Their data may be stored and managed in the Tenetura/Asunatura system
- Documents may be handled digitally
- Communication may occur via digital platforms
10. Acceptance
By signing or digitally accepting this document, the applicant confirms:
- Understanding of the Statutes
- Acceptance of all rules
- Willingness to participate in the Association
